1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and pesojili ("pesojili," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the pesojili online gaming platform, including all games, services, features, and content available at pesojili.club (the "Platform").

pesojili reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without obligation to provide reasons for such refusal.

3. Account Verification and KYC

pesojili is required to conduct Know Your Customer ("KYC") verification procedures in accordance with applicable anti-money laundering ("AML") regulations and responsible gaming obligations. By registering on pesojili, you consent to these verification procedures.

pesojili may request the following documents at any time, including prior to processing any withdrawal:

• Proof of address (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, or barangay certificate issued within the last three months);

Failure to provide requested verification documents within the timeframe specified by pesojili may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals until verification is completed.

4. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Payments

All transactions on the pesojili Platform are conducted exclusively in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). pesojili does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

Deposits:

• The minimum deposit amount on pesojili is ₱100.
• Accepted deposit methods include GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, and Metrobank.
• Deposits are generally credited to your pesojili wallet instantly or within a short processing period depending on the payment method used.
• pesojili does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

Withdrawals:

• Withdrawals may only be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.

You are solely responsible for ensuring that your pesojili account details and linked payment method information are accurate and up to date. pesojili will not be liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment details provided by you.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

pesojili may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the offer is made:

• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus wallet and are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash.
• Unless otherwise stated, the standard wagering requirement for pesojili bonuses is thirty (30) times the bonus amount.
• Bonuses have a validity period. Any bonus funds and associated winnings not wagered within the validity period will be forfeited automatically.

• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to the use of multiple accounts, collusion, or exploitation of software errors to gain an unfair advantage, will result in the forfeiture of all bonus funds and associated winnings, and may result in permanent account closure.
• Bonuses are intended for recreational players only. pesojili reserves the right to limit or exclude any player from bonus eligibility at its sole discretion.

6. Game Rules and Fair Play

All games available on the pesojili Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and specific game rules, the specific game rules shall prevail with respect to that game.

pesojili uses certified Random Number Generator ("RNG") technology for all applicable games to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. Live dealer games are streamed from monitored studios and are subject to the rules and procedures of the respective game providers.

In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game session, pesojili reserves the right to void the affected round and return the wager to the player's account. pesojili will not be liable for any losses claimed to result from technical issues beyond its reasonable control.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the pesojili Platform. Engaging in any prohibited activity constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

8. Intellectual Property

All content on the pesojili Platform, including but not limited to the pesojili brand name, logo, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, and video materials, is the exclusive intellectual property of pesojili or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the pesojili Platform without prior written authorisation from pesojili.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pesojili, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if pesojili has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

pesojili's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your pesojili account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The pesojili Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. pesojili makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted availability, accuracy, or fitness for purpose of the Platform.

10. Responsible Gaming and Self-Exclusion
